Event Description
We are a small friendly group who meet in Wallington Library, on the last Tuesday of the month at 6.15 pm, for one hour.
We take turns in choosing books. Recent choices have been:
The Return by Victoria Hislop
Murder Before Evensong by Richard Coles
The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd
House of Orphans by Helen Dunmore
The Haunting by Alan Titchmarsh
Books about fostering and adoption
We have interesting discussions and enjoy hearing a range of views, shared in a respectful environment. After a couple of meetings you will be expected to contribute towards the library space hire fee (around £15 each per year). If the library does not have a reading set available you will need to either buy or borrow the book chosen.
