Event Description

Join us for a special celebration marking 90 years of Wallington Library and its place at the heart of the local community.

Enjoy a morning of talks, performances, local history and activities, including a special gardening talk from Charlie Dimmock. The celebration will also feature a specially commissioned poem, a performance from Sutton Sings Choir, an Archive Experience and Museum Collection display, and the chance to explore the library garden and its new enhancements.

Programme

10:00am – Welcome and opening speeches

10:15am – Gardening talk with Charlie Dimmock

10:45am – Sutton Sings Choir

11:00am – Archive and museum displays

11:45am–2:00pm – Refreshments and garden visit
