Event Description
Help your child navigate their big feelings with Brave Words, Calm Minds, an inspiring poetry workshop for ages 4–11. Through the magic of poetry and stories, children will build a powerful emotional vocabulary and explore creative ways to express worries, find calm, and boost self-confidence.
Every participant will:
Craft original poems focused on resilience and positive affirmations.
Decorate a personal eco-notebook to take home for continued reflection.
Join a supportive sharing circle to practice empathy and celebrate their voice.
Give your child the tools to shine with this unique blend of mindfulness, literacy, and creative play!
