Join us at Whitehall Historic House for this rich exhibition showcasing the Sutton Mental Health Community Dye Garden Project. The project provides a safe space for people to come and talk about their mental health, offering a place for everyone who struggles with the complexities of modern life by fostering a connection with the natural world through mindful practice. 

The exhibition weaves together the various mediums and outcomes of the project, taking visitors of all ages along on the group’s journey from seed to growth, inviting them to engage with the mindful experience of slow stitching.
