When completed in about 1724,the Carshalton Park Grotto was recognised as a significant landscape feature. As part of “Grotto Week,”this illustrated talk in Honeywood’s billiard room by local historian Andrew Skelton will attempt to decipher the structure and set it within the context of the surrounding Carshalton Park landscape.
