Becoming parents changes everything — your routines, your relationship, your emotions, and your confidence. Baby & Us is a warm, supportive 4-week course designed especially for couples with babies under 4 months old, helping you navigate the early days of parenthood together.

Across the course, you’ll gain practical guidance on baby health, feeding, development, safety, play, and understanding your baby’s needs, while also taking time to focus on something equally important — you as parents and partners.

You’ll explore ways to support both parents’ emotional well-being, recognise signs of stress or low mood, strengthen communication, and work together as a parenting team. The course also connects you with local services and ongoing support available for families in Sutton.

Whether you’re adjusting to sleepless nights, learning your baby’s cues, or figuring out your new normal as a couple, Baby & Us offers a safe space to learn, connect, and grow in confidence together. Because caring for your baby starts with supporting each other.
